Frank Otte Nursery & Garden Center guarantees: trees, shrubs, and evergreens planted by our customers for a period of 30 days from date of purchase provided that the Otte Planting Instructions are followed. This is a 1 time replacement/guarantee. After 30 days we offer 1/2 price replacement on plant material purchased at regular retail pricing for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. We cannot be held reasponible for losses due to extreme weather, soil conditions, or delayed planting. Plants damaged by animals, insects, natural disasters other obvious causes, such as snow plows or string trimmers are also void of guarantee.
Simply return dead plant along with original receipt to the store where purchased and we will issue a store credit for 100% of the price you paid which is redeemable for other plant material.
Credit will not be issued without dead plant and receipt. Guarantee applies only to original plant purchased and does not cover sale and clearance plants. Guarantee also does not cover roses, annuals, and tropicals.

Guarantee provides a one time replacement for each plant installed. Guarantee does not cover extreme acts of Mother Nature including excessive ice, wind, fire and more.
